The Seven Things
Riding on the tail end of the Mozilla meme, with my seven things. Thanks to Melissa and Zulkarnain for adding one more blog post to my queue.
The Rules:
1. Link to your original tagger and list these rules in your post.
2. Share seven facts about yourself in the post.
3. Tag seven people at the end of your post by leaving their names and the links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they’ve been tagged.
The Seven:
1.) I started as a Computer Science major and really liked programming, but eventually changed paths. I graduated from UCLA in Business-Economics and worked in a forensic & litigation consulting firm for 2 years, focusing mainly on high profile SEC investigations and accounting fraud cases. Lenny Dykstra and Ingram Micro were among my clients.
2.) I have a split eyebrow, thanks to a game of ultimate frisbee sophomore year of high school when I (unknowingly) charged against my own teammate and collided with her in mid-air. It was a bloody sight….my brow was slit to the bone and took eight painful stitches. The scar remains as a reminder.
3.) I used to play lots of video games, and was pretty darn good. Starting from the classic Atari games, to Nintendo, Sega, and Playstation. Handheld consoles, computer games, and arcades were not off limits either. I wii, too.
4.) Two of my passions (and daily needs) are music and dance. It’s not uncommon to catch me lost in a tune, humming, singing, or dancing… anywhere, any time. I also have an eclectic taste and enjoy a wide range of styles from around the world — especially the energy of live shows.
5.) I appreciate great photography and love to take pictures (especially when I travel). I will stand in the middle of traffic, climb trees, hang from a moving car, and do whatever it takes to capture the moment and snap that perfect picture.
6.) I don’t cook much, but I love food and have an insatiable appetite. My ability to graze and gorge has often left people surprised…and my stomach in pain.
7.) I’ve dabbled in many different forms of art. Including henna and herbal body art, which is reflected in some of my doodled designs.

Wow — aside from #2, I’d say you and I are soulmates.

[...] I got tagged. It happens, nothing to be worried about. I found enough excuses not to obey that I was able to delay this moment for almost 2 weeks. But now I feel pressed to go. [...]
