A couple weeks ago, David Ascher asked me to whip up a business card template for Mozilla Messaging using the Thunderbird logo as the main visual element. After a few iterations, we settled on a relatively simple layout with ample space on the front for detailed contact information, and a soft purple gradient for a more eye catching back.  I actually met David for the first time a the Summit. It was a nice treat running into him because it also gave me a chance to see the cards in print! Here is a snapshot of his card:
