I don't think I can emphasize that enough. SUMO has talked about recognition and rewards for contributors without trying to turn it into a straight rating of contributors. I think this concept would translate really well to all of Mozilla's projects that rely heavily on nondeveloper community contribution. I would really love to see what could be done with this concept and SUMO or SFx and even AMO. It's such a great cross-section of contributions recognized. I think "The Producer" is my favorite because it finds a way to recognize something really subtle - it's rewarding *inspiration.* How exciting! Have you seen <a href="http://www.nerdmeritbadges.com/" rel="nofollow">Nerd Merit Badges</a>? Brilliant stuff. Oh and Pixel Charmer is my fave, too ;) I love this idea!
